In October 2015, M'arc Co., Ltd. was established in Nishinari-ku, Osaka, to address a growing modern crisis: the physiological deterioration caused by prolonged sedentary work, digital postural strain, and systemic joint stiffness.
Rather than marketing commercial fitness trends or selling proprietary physical products, our founders established an independent, non-commercial movement repository. We believe that true physical longevity is built through consistent, anatomically sound micro-movements, conscious spinal alignment, and autonomic nervous system regulation.
Over the past eleven years, our research team has documented and published over 140 movement monographs, collaborating with somatic practitioners, yoga educators, and ergonomic specialists across Japan and internationally.
